This page is maintained by BeforNine and describes how we handle personal data.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, title, and company you provide at signup.
- Sales data: companies, contacts, opportunities, notes, and meetings you create or import.
- Integration data: information you authorize us to read from Microsoft 365 or your CRM.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and error logs to improve the product.
How we use it
We use your data to provide BeforNine: generating sales briefs, prioritizing your daily action plan, drafting emails, and syncing with your integrations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train shared AI models.
Subprocessors
- Managed Postgres — application database.
- OpenAI and Google (via Lovable AI Gateway) — AI model inference.
- Google Places — company verification.
- Microsoft Graph — Outlook and calendar integration when you connect it.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings. To exercise any right or ask a privacy question, email privacy@befornine.com.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After cancellation, we delete your data on request within 30 days.
Changes
We will notify you by email if we make material changes to this policy.
