Refund policy
We want you to be confident using BeforNine. Here's how refunds work.
1. Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required, and no charge is made until you choose to subscribe. If you don't subscribe, no refund is needed.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans are billed in advance. You can cancel anytime from Settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. Partial months are not refunded.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal, provided the account has had limited usage. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the paid term.
4. Duplicate or accidental charges
Duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or charges caused by a billing error are refunded in full. Contact us within 60 days of the charge.
5. EU / UK right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and UK may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. By starting to use BeforNine during the withdrawal period, you agree that the service is being supplied immediately and you waive the right of withdrawal for the portion already used.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@befornine.com from the address on your account with the invoice number. We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly. Accounts with active chargebacks may be suspended until resolved.
