By using BeforNine you agree to the terms below.
1. Your account
You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the data you upload, and for the activity that happens under your login. Keep your credentials safe.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use BeforNine to violate the law, spam prospects, or send content that would reasonably be considered harmful, deceptive, or infringing.
3. Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans are billed monthly per user. Free trials last 14 days and require no credit card. You can cancel anytime from Settings, effective at the end of the current billing period.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you upload. You grant BeforNine a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. See our Privacy Policyfor details.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Live status is published at /status.
6. Disclaimers
BeforNine provides AI-generated suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing them before contacting a customer or making a business decision.
